Police and EMS are in the area of North Avenue and North 3rd Street for a cardiac arrest. An unknown age male passed out near a truck and went into cardiac arrest. Bystanders started CPR and police took over CPR upon arrival.
The patient was transported to St Mary’s Hospital in critical condition.
