Around 3:00 p.m., Lower Valley Station 32 responded to Highway 139 between mile markers 25 and 26 for an unknown problem, possible stroke and cardiac arrest. A 65-year-old female was not conscious and not breathing; a family member started CPR. EMS continued CPR upon arrival. CareFlight also responded to the scene. Highway 139 was temporary closed at the location for CareFlight to land.
