Motorcycle vs vehicle accident near the intersection of D 1/2 Road and 29 Road. Rider is a 30-year-old male, unconscious with difficulty breathing, and a head injury. All traffic in the area is blocked to the intersection.
Update: Rider transported to the hospital in life-threatening condition.
Update 8:45 p.m.: Intersection is back open. In a press release from Grand Junction Police, it was reported that the motorcycle struck the rear-end of a vehicle traveling southbound on 29 Road.
