Single vehicle accident involving a small white sedan crashing off the road. Driver is an elderly male on oxygen, conscious and breathing, seems confused with minor injury. Vehicle is off the side of steep hill, 10 feet down, near the interstate bridge. Fire crews are on scene working to assist the driver and stabilize the vehicle.
