Fruita police and State Patrol are out with a wrong way driver on I-70 just west of the Fruita exit. A black pickup traveling east in the westbound lanes on I-70 was refusing to stop for emergency vehicles. Location noted between mile markers 18 and 19. Fruita officers have the vehicle stopped and the male driver detained.
