A two-vehicle crash was reported in the area of Patterson Road and 27 1/2 Road. Grand Junction Police and EMS squads were dispatched for possible injuries. Westbound lanes were reported blocked at the scene. Units on scene described a green Jeep and a silver SUV with moderate damage; both vehicles remained on their wheels and multiple parties were walking around.
EMS was started for occupants in the Jeep and radio traffic indicated one person was bleeding from the head. Injuries range from minor to moderate.
