Fire crews and sheriff are responding to the area of Highway 141 and Highway 50 for a downed power line. Traffic is backed up to Highway 50 and becoming congested. Deputies will handle traffic control while fire crews investigate the line. Power company has been notified. This incident was called in my Union Pacific working on the train derailment cleanup.
Fire crew is reporting a main power line is down across the roadway and also into the river.
Update 4:17 p.m.: Traffic is back flowing on Highway 141. A main grounding wire was caught by equipment operating in the area.
