A taxi struck a train in the area of D Road and 12th Street at a limited access crossing. Radio transmissions indicated at least one taxi occupant complained of chest pain and that the vehicle’s airbag had deployed; that patient was later reported conscious and breathing. Two people on the train were reported uninjured. D Road and the railroad crossing at 12th Street are blocked by the accident.
