Fire crews from Grand Junction responded shortly after 12:18 a.m. to a report of a motorhome fully engulfed in flames on the north side of the canal near G Road and 29 Road. A passerby reported hearing an explosion and said the RV may have been recently dumped; callers reported seeing no one in the area.
Responders accessing the scene from 29 Road found the motorhome off to the side and not blocking the roadway. Fire units reported the vehicle was fully involved. No injuries were reported.
