Possible fire incident reported shortly after 4:09 p.m. in the Whitewater area near Whitewater Cemetery and a nearby sand-and-gravel site. Multiple callers reported a loud explosion and a yellow/green cloud of smoke.
A caller reported Tannerite at a shooting range is the source of the loud explosion and smoke. The incident appears to be routine use of the explosive material. The individuals involved “blew up” a boat using the Tannerite. Deputies and fire crews are speaking with the individuals involved.
