Grand Junction Police responded to a disturbance at the intersection of 28 3/4 Road and North Avenue after callers reported a man repeatedly crossing the roadway, standing in the median, and walking down lanes of traffic. Officers on scene said the male refused to speak and was occupying the center median. The suspect became uncooperative with police and was detained. An ambulance was dispatched to check the suspect for injury.
