A possible impaired driver was arrested by police in the area of Ouray Avenue and North 6th Street. A witness said a red-and-black Ford F-150 was driving the wrong way at 4th Street and Main Street, drove over a curb and nearly struck another vehicle.
Officers blocked the roadway on Ouray to prevent the vehicle from leaving and one officer staged near the library to assist. No injuries were reported in the radio traffic.
