Vehicle vs pedestrian reported at about 1:50 PM at Patterson Road and North 1st Street. Radio traffic indicated a 30-year-old male pedestrian was conscious and breathing on the northwest corner. Callers said he had been run over by a Dodge truck and multiple bystanders were assisting at the scene. Responders reported the pedestrian has a compound fracture to the upper leg.
The pedestrian was transported to the hospital with serious bodily injury. Officers will remain on scene investigating.
