A vehicle accident was reported at about 12:59 p.m. at Patterson Road and 29 1/2 Road. Dispatch traffic indicated a collision involving a maroon SUV, a black pickup and a gray Toyota. Law enforcement and EMS were dispatched to the scene.
Radio traffic reported airbag deployment and vehicles blocking the westbound lanes. Responders reported two older patients bleeding from the head and a third patient with minor injuries. Early radio messages indicated at least one person was trapped, but later updates said no one remained trapped. One person has a compound fracture to the hand.
