Police responded to reports of an assault at a residence on G Road near 26 1/2 Road. A caller reported a male armed with a baseball bat demanded money and then returned inside the home. Officers were dispatched and on scene.
Two people in a small dark gray or black SUV were reported to have returned to the address, pulled back out, and attempted to run someone over. Radio traffic indicated all parties at the scene were separated; no injuries were reported.
Police are searching the area for the involved female in the vehicle that fled the scene.
