Police were in a very short foot pursuit with a suspect in the area of Pinyon Avenue and 29 Road. The male was quickly caught and taken into custody near Walnut Avenue. Officers were attempting to contact the suspect on his bicycle prior to fleeing. An ambulance was dispatched to check the male for injury.
