Police conducted a high-risk traffic stop on a vehicle on South 13th Street and Pitkin Avenue around 1:40 a.m.. Officers reported the truck driving on the shoulder and down the middle of both lanes at about 55 mph and failing to yield. Units attempted stops near Main Street and I-70B; the vehicle later turned south onto S 13th Street. Officers reported the vehicle finally stopped at S 13th Street and Pitkin Avenue.
Police took the driver safely into custody.
