A disturbance was reported at about 1:11 a.m. at the Mesa Point Shopping Center near I-70B and 32 Road in Clifton. Mesa County Sheriff’s deputies responded after callers reported a fight in progress.
Radio traffic indicated the incident was centered around the Harbor Freight building and involved roughly 20 people, with several appearing intoxicated. No weapons were observed. Multiple people were seen leaving the building and deputies detained three individuals; units later advised they could reduce and clear the area.
No injuries were reported.
