CLIFTON, CO — Fire crews were dispatched to a brush fire near D Road and the River Front Trail at 1:37 PM Wednesday.
First responders with Clifton Fire Protection District arrived to find the fire located in a residential backyard. The blaze was quickly brought under control, preventing it from spreading to the nearby trail system.
Officials confirmed the fire was contained with no injuries reported.
