Police are in the area of Canyonland Drive and Jo Alan Court on a felony menacing dispatch. A caller involved in a domestic disturbance reported a female was threatening him with a knife. The female suspect fled the scene south to a property on Canyonland Drive were officers caught her and took her safely into custody. No injuries were reported.
Pear Park Elementary about 1/4 mile away was placed on shelter-in-place out of precaution, with no reported issues or activity.
