Deputies on scene advised the vehicle rolled onto its roof and one occupant was pinned inside and is breathing; they said extraction would require fire assistance. Multiple callers and units reported a horse in the roadway on the westbound side. At least one person was transported to St Mary’s Hospital in serious condition.
