A possible structure fire was reported around 9:18 p.m. at North 7th Street & Kennedy Ave. Dispatch indicated the downstairs of the home was filling with smoke. Crews made entry to the basement and located the source as an overturned candle. No flames were visible and no injuries were reported. Engine 3 was held and remaining units were cleared from the scene.
