Vehicle vs Speed Trailer, E Rd & 31 1/4 Rd

A hit-and-run crash was reported on E Road near 31 1/4 Road. Just after 2:00 a.m., a vehicle hit a police speed limit trailer on the side of road before fleeing the scene. Police are searching the area for the vehicle and are investigating.
