Appliance fire in a dryer reported around 12:47 p.m. at Sunshine Laundromat, W 3rd Street in Palisade. Palisade Fire responded and Clifton Fire was dispatched as mutual aid; law enforcement was also reported on scene.
Radio traffic indicated flames were coming from the back of a dryer. Occupants reportedly used a fire extinguisher to put the fire out, but smoke remained visible and additional fire units were en route to check and ventilate the building. No injuries were reported.
