Vehicle crash reported east of the Horizon Drive exit on I-70 in the westbound lanes of traffic. Callers described the crash as a box truck striking the wire guardrail. There is debris and wiring blocking part of the roadway. A second passenger vehicle was also involved. Fire and EMS crews arriving on scene are reporting minor damage to the vehicles and are evaluating the occupants for any injuries.
Update 3:05 p.m.: Responders confirmed the crash in non-injury. Tow trucks have been dispatched for vehicles involved. CDOT will be working in the area to remove guard wires from the roadway. Westbound traffic is reduced to one lane near Horizon Drive with traffic congestion.
