A three-vehicle crash happened this morning around 7:45 a.m. at the intersection of Highway 6 & 50 and 19 Road in Fruita. One full-size pickup was in a ditch with two males trapped; both were conscious and breathing and one suffered a forehead laceration that was actively bleeding. A second pickup had airbag deployment with a male occupant who was complaining of significant pain. A third vehicle sustained minor damage / injuries. Westbound lanes were reported blocked by the crash.
