Emergency crews are on scene at Hill Avenue east on North 7th Street after a single-vehicle rollover was reported. Multiple callers reported a vehicle on its side blocking the entire roadway on Hill Avenue. One female was seen exiting the vehicle while another caller believed there were three occupants; radio traffic indicated a possible trapped patient and referenced a 30-year-old female. Minor injuries reported.
Three other vehicles are also involved in the crash. References to those vehicles in radio traffic indicate they were possibly parked at the time of the incident.
