Clifton Fire was dispatched to a report of a possible structure fire on Forelle Street in Clifton after a neighbor reported an alarm and a smell of smoke. Law enforcement was also sent to the scene.
Responders on scene reported no visible smoke or flames but described a burning plastic or electrical odor coming from the area. Officers on scene said the smell could be detected from about three houses away. Clifton Fire crews are on scene investigating.
Update: After thoroughly checking the residence and area, fire crews determined the incident to be a false alarm.
