Radio traffic indicated workers got into an argument and some used construction tools, including scissors and a handsaw, as weapons. One male was reported with cuts to his back and multiple males were seen on the roof; an officer reported one male refusing to come down. Later transmissions indicated a primary suspect was taken into custody and responding units were reduced to a lower-priority response. An ambulance was dispatched to checked parties involved for injuries.
