CLIFTON, CO — A 31-year-old Clifton man was arrested Tuesday after an investigation linked him to the sexual assault of multiple minors over the past five years.
On March 17, 2026, Mesa County Sheriff’s Office patrol deputies apprehended Ezequl Flores-Guzman in the area of 32 and D Roads in Clifton. The arrest was made without incident following a warrant recently obtained by investigators.
During the course of the investigation, authorities identified Flores-Guzman as the primary suspect in cases involving sexual contact with more than one underage victim.
He was booked into the Mesa County Detention Facility, where his bond has been set at $100,000 cash only. Flores-Guzman is facing the following charges:
- Sexual Assault on a Child, Position of Trust (Two counts, Felony 3)
- Indecent Exposure (Felony 6)
- Jessica’s Law Enhancer
