A vehicle crash was reported about 8:06 p.m. after a caller said a red pickup truck struck a tree / bush in front of a residence near Pera Street and D 1/2 Road in Clifton. Mesa County sheriff’s deputies were en route and State Patrol was notified.
A passerby and another reporting party said the vehicle appeared to be trying to leave the scene. Scanner traffic did not mention any injuries.
