Fire and EMS units responded around 7:00 a.m. to a reported structure fire in the 700 block of 23 1/2 Road. Crews evacuated occupants and several animals; radio traffic indicated no injuries and confirmed the fire was contained to an electric stove. Firefighters extinguished the small stove fire, unplugged and removed the appliance.
