Law enforcement responded about 1:57 p.m. for a mental health disturbance to reports of a woman yelling at herself near Wedgwood and Lancaster Gate.
Radio traffic described the woman as possibly in her 40s or 50s with blonde hair, wearing a white shirt and shorts. She was walking eastbound on a private canal road and was reported trespassing; deputies said she became verbally uncooperative and began running from the deputy. The call was reclassified as a mental health-related incident and deputies were handling the scene. The suspect possibly has outstanding warrants. No injuries were reported.
