Fruita Police were in contact around noon with an individual loitering in the area of Raptor Road and Highway 340. The suspect then became uncooperative with officers leading to suspect being held at taser point while additional units responded to the area. Radio traffic indicated the taser was never deployed. Law enforcement is in the area investigating the incident.
