Clifton Fire crews responded about 3:52 p.m. to a reported house fire in the 600 block of 32 Road. Engine 21 and other Clifton units were dispatched and operated using an offensive firefighting strategy.
Radio traffic indicated flames on a detached patio/porch next to a vehicle and loud popping noises were heard. Crews reported a knockdown and said the fire was contained to the exterior with no extension into the home. No occupants were found inside and no injuries were reported in the scanner traffic.
