Fire, EMS, and police units were dispatched about 12:58 p.m. to the Paradise Valley Mobile Home Park near 25 1/2 Road after a report of a subject threatening to burn down a trailer.
Radio traffic indicated a caller sent video showing active flames inside the trailer and that the suspect was armed — a separate transmission stated the person had a firearm. Fire units were instructed to stage and await law enforcement.
