Grand Junction Police responded to Lincoln Park Pool after reports that an intoxicated male was assaulting people outside the facility. The man was described as a white male of medium build, and no weapons were reported.
Officers located the man near a playground and deployed a Taser after he reportedly continued trying to fight people. EMS was requested to evaluate him following the Taser deployment. No other injuries were reported in the scanner traffic.
