Emergency crews responded about 8:40 p.m. Wednesday to a vehicle-versus-bicycle crash at Lucille Avenue and 32 1/2 Road. Clifton Rescue, EMS crews and Mesa County Sheriff’s deputies responded to the scene.
The bicyclist, a 14-year-old male, was conscious and alert and reported pain in his wrist and both legs. Radio traffic indicated 32 1/2 Road was closed in both directions. The juvenile was transported to the hospital with minor to moderate injuries.
