Mesa County sheriff’s deputies responded around 8:49 p.m. to the 3200 block of East Hall Court for reports of a highly intoxicated male yelling in the street and threatening to kill someone. Callers said the man was banging on windows and yelling at residents of an apartment complex. The man was described as a white male in his 30s wearing a black shirt and dark shorts.
Deputies held the suspect at Taser point until he was safely in custody. EMS personnel were requested for a routine medical response for the male for his altered mental status.
