Grand Junction police reported a foot pursuit involving a woman near North 14th Street and Elm Avenue at about 1:41 p.m. Radio traffic indicated she ran north on North 14th Street and through the 1300 block of Elm Avenue. Police caught the suspect and held her at taser point until she was safely taken into custody.
