Emergency crews responded shortly after 5:33 p.m. Sept. 10 to a vehicle-versus-bicycle crash near B 1/2 Road and 28 3/4 Road. An 11-year-old male riding an electric bicycle reportedly struck the back of a truck and was conscious and breathing with a possible broken leg and serious bleeding. Fire and EMS crews responded with lights and sirens, and Colorado State Patrol was also en route.
