A possible overdose was reported around 8:37 p.m. at North Avenue and 29 Road, where a male was found unconscious but breathing inside a gray sedan stopped in the westbound lanes. Grand Junction police and EMS responded to the intersection with emergency traffic.
The man was reportedly hunched over, sweating heavily and possibly overdosing. Responders administered one dose of Narcan and requested the westbound lane be blocked while they provided aid.
