A two-vehicle crash was reported around 11:01 p.m. at North Avenue and 29 1/2 Road. Grand Junction police, fire crews and EMS responded after callers reported an older-model red truck, possibly a Ford, and a black sedan or SUV were involved. One vehicle was blocking traffic, and responders reported moderate damage.
A female occupant was initially unable to get out of one vehicle. Radio traffic indicated a possible medical issue, intermittently conscious, had a bloody nose and said she could not feel her legs. She was being evaluated by EMS, and officers were investigating the crash.
