A two-vehicle crash was reported around 9:20 a.m. at Hall Avenue and North 15th Street. Emergency crews and law enforcement responded to the scene, where a gray Honda Kona and a white Nissan Sentra were blocking both lanes of 15th Street.
At least two people were involved. One driver was reported to have a bloody nose. Responders later reported that everyone appeared to be out of the vehicles and were investigating the crash.
