Emergency crews responded about 9:44 a.m. Oct. 31 to a side-by-side crash on BLM Route 614, approximately one mile from DS Road. The vehicle was reported flipped about one mile off the roadway, with three patients involved.
The patients were described as a 34-year-old man with bleeding from the head, a 68-year-old man with a possible back injury and a 25-year-old man with head and shoulder injuries. All three were conscious and breathing. Fire, law enforcement, search-and-rescue personnel and CareFlight were assigned to the remote scene, with additional side-by-sides requested to help responders reach the crash.
