Single vehicle rollover accident near Little Salt Wash Park on 18 Road in Fruita. Off duty officer witnessed a truck rollover and hit a utility pole knocking out power to a nearby subdivision. The driver was pinned in the vehicle. While pinned the driver showed a firearm to the officer, forcing the officer to hold the driver at gunpoint triggering a larger police response.
