Single vehicle rollover accident west of 27 1/2 Road on Horizon Drive. Vehicle is resting on its roof, with driver making his way out of the vehicle on his own claiming he was trying to avoid hitting a dog. A light pole was also struck in the accident. Appears to be only minor injuries.
