Two vehicle accident with critical injuries at the intersection of Patterson Road and 25 road. First responders witnessed the accident and responded immediately to assist both drivers, both requiring transport to the hospital.

On February 22, 2025, at approximately 10:50 a.m., officers with the Grand Junction Police Department responded to the area of 25 Road and Patterson Road for a two-vehicle crash. When officers arrived on scene, they discovered that an eastbound vehicle on Patterson had collided with a westbound vehicle attempting to turn south onto 25 Road. Both drivers were transported to the hospital with serious bodily injuries by the Grand Junction Fire Department. Alcohol is not suspected. This is an ongoing investigation and there is no further information at this time.
