Originally reported as an overdose in a vehicle, one person was given Narcan at the C&F Food Store at D 1/4 and 32 Rd in Clifton. Vehicle then left the area prior to the sheriff arriving. There was mention that there might be a firearm in vehicle. Sheriff is searching the area and investigating.
