Police have a male in custody for outstanding warrants for sexual assault on a child at Highway 50 and 27 Road at the Maverik Orchard Mesa. The male suspect, Cody Bosch, resisted arrest and was tasered. The mother of the suspect was also on scene and assaulted a police officer and threw her drink on them. That female suspect then fled the scene in her vehicle in a short police pursuit to the area of Linden Avenue on Highway 50. Female suspect backed into a police car with her vehicle during the pursuit. She was also tasered by police and taken into custody.
